SHIPPING

  • International rates apply

  • In the case that you’ve purchased custom artwork, we ask that you allow an average of 7-9 weeks, assuming prompt communication on your end. If you’ve ordered multiple custom pieces, additional time may be needed and will be discussed at time of purchase.

  • Keep in mind that all of the above are delivery estimates, and you may receive item(s) sooner or later depending on your location. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Before beginning a custom painting I require a 40% non-refundable deposit, this covers initial materials, time costs and secures your painting on my commission waiting list

  • I cannot refund or exchange completed custom work, but if a problem arises, I ask that you email me within 15 days of receiving your order. I am willing to work with you to ensure you love your art. 

  • If you have ordered a custom painting and want to make significant changes to the design after payment has been submitted, I reserve the right to charge you for any work completed, both in terms of labor and materials. 

  • If I have made a mistake with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
