In the case that you’ve purchased custom artwork, we ask that you allow an average of 7-9 weeks, assuming prompt communication on your end. If you’ve ordered multiple custom pieces, additional time may be needed and will be discussed at time of purchase.
Keep in mind that all of the above are delivery estimates, and you may receive item(s) sooner or later depending on your location.

Before beginning a custom painting I require a 40% non-refundable deposit, this covers initial materials, time costs and secures your painting on my commission waiting list

I cannot refund or exchange completed custom work, but if a problem arises, I ask that you email me within 15 days of receiving your order. I am willing to work with you to ensure you love your art.
If you have ordered a custom painting and want to make significant changes to the design after payment has been submitted, I reserve the right to charge you for any work completed, both in terms of labor and materials.
If I have made a mistake with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
